Each butterfly in this series is a one of a kind sculptural painting, hand built entirely from thick acrylic paint florals. There are seven butterflies in total, each with its own unique size and composition, and each is sold separately.

Sizing & Scale:

Measurements are taken from the furthest points on each butterfly, which is where their dimensions are derived. Please note that the smaller pieces truly are small, so I encourage you to reference both the size chart and the photo of me holding each one to get a realistic sense of scale. Because of the butterfly’s organic silhouette, the pieces will feel smaller than a traditional square or rectangular canvas of the same measurements. That’s part of their delicate charm.

Pricing & Technique:

Each butterfly is priced according to the time and technique required. You may notice that some of the smaller pieces are priced higher than my usual minis and that’s because these intricate, dimensional works take significantly more time and precision to create than my usual small pieces.

Artist’s Note:

This collection is truly magical. These butterflies have captured so many hearts already, and I plan to release new themed sets a few times each year. While I would love to see all seven displayed together as a complete flight, I know that’s not realistic and honestly, I’d rather see seven different collectors each treasure one than have a single home hold them all.
